Private Training
Training Built Around Your Goals.
Course Overview
Private Training is available in three-hour half-day and six-hour full-day formats for individuals or private groups of up to six students.
Training is developed around the customer’s goals, experience, and desired outcomes, with recommendations from 5th Principle Training Group to help identify the areas of training that will provide the greatest value. Customers do not need to know exactly what training they need before contacting us. We will work together to develop a focused training plan appropriate to the individual or group.
The process can begin by email, phone, or by submitting a Private Training request through the website. Once contact is established, we will discuss the customer’s goals, previous experience, desired outcomes, the amount of training time available, and when they expect to train. From that discussion, 5th Principle Training Group will recommend an appropriate training structure and work with the customer to select a date and start time.
Instruction is tailored to the agreed-upon plan while remaining flexible enough to address performance needs identified during the session. Through purposeful repetition, meaningful feedback, and appropriate corrections, students develop a better understanding of their performance and the skills necessary to continue improving beyond the training session.
